Refund Policy

  1. In order to make a return you must email us at

  2. You may return your non damaged goods within 7 days for any reason for a refund or exchange. However this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees where charged are not refundable.

  3. The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility as the customer. We recommend that you insure & track the returns as in the event the goods are lost or damaged this will be your responsibility as the customer. We can not accept responsibility for your returns during shipping.

  4. If the goods have been received by yourself in a damaged condition you must inform the courier at the time of delivery. So checking the goods is essential at the time of delivery. Please do not add "not inspected" or "not checked" when signing for the goods at the time of delivery, as should there be any damage discovered at a later time we will not be able to accept responsibility.

  5. Returns of non damaged goods must be in unopened condition with original packaging intact. The goods will be inspected by us and a decision will be made if the goods qualify for a refund or exchange. This decision is final and not open for dispute.

  6. If the returned goods have been opened or the original packaging is not intact we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Should this arise you will be responsible for arranging collection of your goods at your own expense.

  7. Refunds when eligible as per our terms & conditions will be given within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
